Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today chaired a meeting to review proposals for the reorganisation of departments and agencies under the Housing & Urban Development various constituent bodies (HUDD), emphasis of the department ing the need to strengthen institutional capacity to enhance operational efficiency, clarify roles implementation and long-term sustainand responsibilities and improve service ability.
At the outset, Commissioner Secretary H&UDD presented a comprehensive overview of the proposed departmental reorganisation, aimed at restructuring various constituent bodies (HUDD), emphasis of the department ing the need to strengthen institutional capacity to enhance operational efficiency, clarify roles implementation and long-term sustainand responsibilities and improve service ability.
