No consensus yet on new BJP President as after Yadav, Chouhan and Pradhan, now Fadnavis also in fray

The process to appoint the new national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has gained momentum, but finding a suitable successor to J.P. Nadda is proving to be a significant challenge for the party’s top leadership.

In recent days, a high level meeting was held between senior leaders of the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to discuss potential candidates for the post. However, according to sources, the discussions did not lead to a consensus on any single name. Interestingly, sources reveal that the search was on for an 'OBC President' with the names of Bhupendra Yadav, Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Dharmendra Pradhan doing the rounds in the 'relevant quarters' within the saffron party.
