Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar on Monday termed the National Herald case a “political conspiracy” and accused the BJP of misusing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to target Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.
He alleged the ED, with a conviction rate below 1%, is being “weaponised” to suppress opposition voices and divert public attention from pressing issues.
