TAFE, AGCO Settle Dispute Over Massey Ferguson

CHENNAI-BASED AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY manufacturer Tractors and Farm Equipment Ltd (TAFE) and the US-headquartered AGCO on Tuesday announced an agreement to resolve all disputes, including matters related to brand ownership, commercial arrangements, and shareholding.

As part of the agreement, the ownership of the Massey Ferguson brand will rest solely with TAFE for India, Nepal, and Bhutan. TAFE will hold all rights, title, interest, and associated goodwill in Massey Ferguson and related trademarks in these markets.
