GAIL Net Profit Rises 1.3% in Q4 on Better Volume Growth

Expects boost in petrochemical capacity in FY26

STATE-OWNED GAIL INDIA on Tuesday reported a marginal rise of 1.3% in its consolidated net profit for the last quarter of the financial year 2024-25 at ₹2,505.61 crore on better volume growth compared to ₹2,474.31 crore recorded in the same period of FY24. On a sequential basis, however, the net profit fell 39% from ₹4,084.24 crore.

The revenue from operations also increased by 11% to ₹36,551.15 crore in the quarter under review. The company's total income came to be at ₹36,943.51 crore, up 11% from Q4FY24.

GAIL's annual consolidated net profit for FY25 stood at ₹12,462.87 crore, up by 26% from ₹9,902.81 crore in FY24.
