Launched exactly 10 years ago — on July 21, 2015 — the Creta helped India move from sedans to SUVs, and brought Kia to India.

Launch in 2015 The Creta was launched on July 21, 2015 (₹8.6-13.6 lakh), and rivalled Renault Duster, Mahindra Scorpio, and Ford EcoSport. By the end of that year, it had sold 40,888 units (over 8,000 units per month).
