Godrej Properties: On strong growth trajectory

SALES BOOKING GOAL FOR FY26 SET AT ₹32,500 CRORE

GODREJ PROPERTIES (GPL) HAS clocked strong Q4FY25 gross sales bookings of 7.5 million square feet worth ₹10,160 crore, led by several new launches across India. Hence, it has achieved record FY25 sales bookings worth ₹29,400 crore (up 31% y-o-y). For FY26, it has given a formal sales booking guidance of ₹32,500 crore which implies ~10% growth over FY25 sales bookings. While this may appear conservative, the 10% guidance outperformance in FY25 means a higher base heading into FY26.
