ALL power to the elbow of a young disabled girl and her mum, who helped convince bosses at the Devon & Exeter Hospital to open a specialist toilet.

The facility, known as a Changing Places toilet, has been unveiled near the main entrance at the RD&E. It includes an adult-sized changing bench, hoist, accessible toilet, privacy screen and a host of other accessible features.
