Corden branded nasty after row over 'hair in his food and egg white in wife's omelette'

Keith McNally, the owner of the celebrated Balthazar eaterie, claimed on social media that the Late Late Show host had apologised to him after he said Corden had been abusive towards staff.

McNally briefly barred Corden from his French restaurant after alleging he had been "extremely nasty" to staff on two separate occasions and said: "James Corden is a hugely gifted comedian, but a tiny cretin of a man. And the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago." But hours later he rescinded the ban after claiming to have received a call from the TV star.

He wrote on Instagram: "James Corden just called me and apologised profusely. Having f***** up myself more than most people, I strongly believe in second chances.
