J-Lo files for divorce from Affleck on the second anniversary of lavish wedding
JENNIFER LOPEZ has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck on the second anniversary of their lavish wedding ceremony, it has been revealed.
The A-list couple became tabloid darlings dubbed “Bennifer” when they first dated in the early 2000s, and then got engaged before a high-profile split in 2004.
They rekindled the romance in 2021 and married in Las Vegas the following year, before throwing a wedding ceremony on August 20, 2022, at Affleck’s sprawling estate in Savannah, Georgia.
But exactly two years later — and after months of rumours of estrangement and a split — Lopez filed divorce papers at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
