Don't forget to say Grace before Masterchef on TV
Edinburgh Evening News
|December 11, 2025
I may be a bit late to the table but just started watching the latest series of Celebrity Masterchef.
Of course, as is increasingly the situation with the celebrity shows on television, I haven't a clue who most of the contestants are. With one group Alfie Boe was the only one that I had heard of before, mainly because I met him a couple of years ago at the Boswell Book Festival.
Anyway, I think I may have a bit of a girl crush on Grace Dent. What an absolute breath of fresh air after that gurning Greg Wallace with his cheesy jokes.
She's an absolute natural and seems to really like helping the contestants. Big jewellery, good chat and excellent makeup - I mean what is not to like?
