Returning from holiday and arriving at Edinburgh Airport, I was yet again struck by the very poor experience we give to those visiting Scotland and arriving in the capital city.
I have visited many airports in my time, and the arrival experience into Edinburgh, the jewel in Scotland's tourism crown, is by far the worst.
