Pottery made in the Stewartry has been used to mark an important milestone in Australian history.

A special ceremony recently took place at Australia House in London to mark the 40th anniversary of the Handback of Uluru-Kata Tjuta to its Anangu Traditional Owners.
Uluru and Kata-Tjuta are separate, large geological rock formations which are sacred sites for Anangu, the First Nations people of the region.
