Witness appeal after driver suffers leg fracture after verbal abuse and assault

A MAN suffered a broken leg after an assault on a Derby street.

He was driving a black Audi A3 down Stoney Lane, Spondon, from the direction of the A52, earlier this month when another vehicle reportedly turned into his path, causing him to brake suddenly.

The driver of that car, a black Peugeot 207, then pulled alongside the victim and shouted abuse at him.
