KYLE Ryde still leads the Bennetts British Superbike Championship standings but Leon Haslam retains an outside mathematical shot at the title going into the final round at Brands Hatch this month.

Ryde, from Jacksdale, has a 30-point lead at the summit over second-placed Bradley Ray.

But Haslam, from Smalley, is third and kept his unlikely chances alive with a hat-trick of podiums in the latest round at Oulton Park.

On board his Moto Rapido Ducati Racing machine, Haslam finished second in races one and two before taking third in race three.

Ryde (Nitrous Competitions Racing Yamaha) was third in race one but then fourth and fifth in races two and three.

And a win for Ray in race two kept him on Ryde's heels in the race for the title on a day when Josh Brookes won race one and Scott Redding the third race.

In race one, Haslam was denied victory as Brookes made a decisive last lap move to become the ninth different race winner of the season.
