THE kids are back at school, the big tubs of chocolates are in the shops, and that can mean only one thing - the annual “who’s going where for Christmas” debate will be under way in households across the land.

It's a tricky one. Apart from the stress of Christmas dinner - who hates sprouts, what's the veggie option and will the pudding stretch to serving 12 - there’s the whole issue of navigating the relatives.

But if you thought great-aunt Enid or the annoying cousin with the poor taste in jokes might be a problem, spare a thought for the Royal Family.
