HELLO my good football people, trust all is well with you! What a frustrating weekend football-wise for many of us.

After that incredible historic Springbok performance on Saturday morning, I was all primed for a great weekend. I messaged a mate, “now for three points at Brentford to wrap it up”. But alas, it was not to be.

For f**k’s sake, I hate to criticise my Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca, but what the f**k was he doing?

Okay, it’s understood, over 10 days, the Blues have four away games and he obviously has to look at some rotation to keep players fresh.

But to make that many changes, including a debut at left-back for Jorrel Hato (instead of Marc Cucurella) and the most absurd idea of bringing in a player who’s been injured for the last two seasons playing his first game back from injury at right-back (Wesley Fofana) when Malo Gusto and Reece James (who Maresca refuses to see as a right-back) are both fit?

Fofana couldn’t put a foot right, I’ve seen better skill from players in the bar at Royal Road, Maitland, after an over 40s runaround.

Inexcusable

Yoh, I was properly p****d off, and then to turn the game around and lose points in the dying moments.
