Springboks feast on Japanese in England

THE Springboks kicked off their end-of-season tour by klapping Japan 61-7 at Wembley on Saturday.

Japan coach Eddie Jones had been hoping for a fast-paced game in which they could avoid set pieces and run the heavier Boks dronk.

But the wet weather meant a tighter game, as the Boks activated "Rassie Ball" - kick high and handsome and put the receiver under pressure as pivots Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu and Cobus Reinach ran the show.

An early penalty kicked to the corner saw Siya Kolisi rampage over for the opening score.
