Vagrant killed in the CBD

THE body of a homeless man was discovered on Monday morning in the Cape Town CBD in front of a popular fish and chips shop at the Grand Parade.
Police responded to the scene and found the body of a young man, believed to be in his 20s, with head wounds and covered with blankets lying in front of Texies Fish and Chips and fresh fish market on Plein Street.
