A MALE suspect has been arrested and charged with the murder of Alnika Mitchell, 14, who was shot and killed on Saturday evening in Factreton, Kensington.

Alnika was shot while sitting in front of her home in Lugmag Street with her friends while watching learners celebrate their matric farewells when she was hit by a stray bullet.

She collapsed in the front yard after running for help after she was shot and was declared deceased on the scene.
