'He was going to new job'

THE mother of Yaseen Adams who was stabbed and shot in Hanover Park on Friday morning says her son was never homeless as previously reported.

Yaseen, 28, was brutally killed on his way to his new job at the mosque when he was shot and stabbed.

His body was found by a passerby lying against the wall of the council yard in Downberg Road.

Jainab Cornelius said her son was not on drugs at the time of his passing and has been clean for over a year.
