Lavis pa killed while sitting in car sparks fear of more violence
GUN violence is continuing to riddle Bishop Lavis after multiple shots were fired on Tuesday evening which resulted in one man being shot and killed.
Cops say the man was seated inside a white Ford Fiesta in Helot Road when he came under attack.
It is alleged in a neighbourhood crime group that the deceased is the father of the leader of the Nike Boys gang and mense have been urged to stay safe, with some fearing retaliation attacks.
Police spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk confirmed the case and said that Bishop Lavis police are investigating a case of murder.
