City promises to fix oupa's leaky home

A FRAIL oupa living in a council flat in Parkwood won't be sukkelling with a leaky roof this winter after contacting the Daily Voice.
The woeste weer this week forced Andrew Williams, 46, to call in to complain about his 78-year-old father Phillip’s long-neglected home.
He said that the roof started leaking in 2023 and during the winter storms last year it has gotten worse as there has been no help from the City after multiple complaints.
