Police witness shuts down claims that Renz's sangoma' ex kidnapped little Joshlin Smith

CLAIMS that Ayanda Litoni is the mastermind behind Joshlin Smith's disappearance were shut down in the Western Cape High Court trial yesterday.

Litoni, who is the boyfriend of former accused and now State witness, Lourentia Lombaard, has been mentioned several times in the case.

Steveno "Steffie" van Rhyn, one of the accused of the kidnapping and trafficking of Joshlin, along with the child's mother Kelly Smith and her berk Jacquen "Boeta" Appollis, claimed Litoni was a sangoma and alluded to him being behind the sale of the meisie.

Sports Minister Gayton McKenzie also claimed that Ayanda played a role in an explosive Sunday night video post.
