Why was Notts killer released?

TRIPLE killer Valdo Calocane was released by mental health workers who considered the "over-representation" of young black men in detention, an inquiry heard.

The 34-year-old, who has paranoid schizophrenia, killed University of Nottingham students Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19, and caretaker Ian Coates, 65, in June 2023.
