VIRGIL VAN DIJK has warned Liverpool must improve ahead of an early test of their title credentials against Arsenal this weekend.

Van Dijk insists the champions are relishing Sunday's title showdown at home to Arsenal after both contenders won their opening two games.

But the Liverpool skipper admitted the way Liverpool are conceding goals is a major cause for concern.

Liverpool have conceded four goals in two games and the Dutch defender says that is a bigger worry for Liverpool than Arsenal's £300m spree, including the purchase of striker Viktor Gyokeres (inset).
