UNITING TO END RIP-OFF PRICES

YUNGBLUD has revealed he’s become friends with his heroes The Cure and Smashing Pumpkins in a bid to get fairer gig ticket prices for fans.

The chart-topping star headlines the second of his Bludfest festivals at Milton Keynes Bowl on June 21, with tickets at £65.

The Cure singer Robert Smith and Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins have also campaigned against rip-off ticket pricing.

Yungblud told me: “Me and Robert have such a mutual fire in us to be pioneers in making a change on ticket prices.

“We've become really close and, whenever we meet up or email, we try to make a difference in any way we can.
