MR Bates Vs The Post Office, Gavin And Stacey star Ruth Jones, and Mr Bigstuff actor Danny Dyer were among the top winners at last night’s Bafta TV awards.

The story of subpostmasters wrongly prosecuted in the Horizon IT scandal scooped the limited drama gong and also saw ITV recognised with the Bafta TV special award for commissioning the show.
