Frank wants to keep the Euro glory days rolling

THOMAS FRANK insists Tottenham will embrace the opportunity to kick-start a new era by landing a second major European trophy in a matter of months tonight.

Spurs went 41 years without tasting silverware on the continent before their Europa League final victory over Manchester United in May.

Even that triumph wasn’t enough to save Ange Postecoglou his job after a miserable domestic campaign, while captain Heung-min Son has also moved on.

But former Brentford boss Frank is confident Spurs are more than ready to build on their success, starting with tackling Champions League winners Paris St-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup in Udine.

“For everyone involved in Tottenham it’s a massive game, a big challenge and a great opportunity,” said Frank. “We will definitely embrace it and give everything.
