Tristan reckons he can inspire Saints with Hastings’ help

TRISTAN SAILOR is confident his new partnership with Jackson Hastings can help unlock his full potential, as St Helens bid to end their trophy drought.

The Saints have undergone significant change during the off-season, appointing Paul Rowley as head coach to succeed Paul Wellens, while bolstering their squad with high-profile signings including NRL duo David Klemmer and Jacob Host.

Hastings, 2019 Man of Steel, has reunited with Rowley at the BrewDog Stadium, joining former Salford stars Joe Shorrocks and Nene Macdonald in making the move.

Last season marked a third consecutive trophy-less campaign for St Helens, a stark contrast to the silverware-laden years they enjoyed from 2019 onwards.
