And the red-hot atmosphere at St James' Park took us through a brilliant, unforgettable roller coaster of emotions.

By the end of this unforgettable classic it was easy to forget which team had 10 men and who were champions.

Blimey, everyone had long since forgotten about Alexander Isak. Alex who? As it was unlikely teen dream Rio Ngumoha who stole the headlines.

Liverpool went 2-0 up, Newcastle were already down to 10 men after Anthony Gordon's reckless red card.

But the Toon Army somehow roared their team back, giving them the energy to produce a stunning turnaround. But these games are now brilliant, sensational encounters and still we were not finished as 16-yearold Ngumoha grabbed the 100th-minute leveller.
