MBAPPE (1.00, nap) can find the back of the net in the Unibet Handicap at Kempton.

The four-year-old hasn’t scored in well over a year but is operating at 2lb below that last winning mark and has raised his game on his last couple of starts.

He caught the eye staying on strongly for third over 7f of today’s track last time after not getting the clearest of runs, and the step back up to a mile should aid his cause.

It hasn’t been plain sailing for REAL GAIN (2.30) since he was snapped up by Wathnan Racing but he is an interesting runner in the 7f handicap at the Sunbury track.
