JENNIFER Aniston stuns fans with her sculpted abs in a new workout video. The Friends actress, 56, looked incredible in a saucy black sports bra and tight-fitting, low-cut leggings. Jen created the clip in collaboration with fitness brand Pvolve that focuses on resistance-based training. Jennifer captioned her post: "The @pvolve Fall Challenge is here and I'd love it if you joined us.
