TRAIN passengers will soon be automatically refunded if their train arrives late-without having to fill in forms.

The Bank of England's deputy governor Sarah Breeden says the UK is "on the brink" of a payments revolution with "significant benefits" for consumers.

She reckons technological innovation will transform the way people pay and get paid for things.
