CHIDO OBI does not turn 18 until November - and it seems Manchester United have a star in the making.

If nothing else, Ruben Amorim can at least head into his summer break - if the United manager can even have one - knowing that this campaign has ended with a striker in red scoring twice.

United had to hit back after trailing 1-0 to a Hong Kong side, but finally their season has ended.

Danish Under-21 international Obi signed for United last year, made his debut in February and last night scored his first senior goals for the club.

It came after another goalless outing for Rasmus Hojlund, despite his early sight of the target.

A second chance arrived late in the first half, only for him to allow an opposition defender to snuff out the opportunity, and his recent record still stands at just one goal in the last month.

Not great for this Dane but as for his fellow countryman, Obi found things far easier after taking his place. The young striker replaced Hojlund for the second half and wasted little time finding the net.

His goal was an impressive one, too, with the teenager spinning and firing confidently into the bottom corner.
