TOWIE diva Gemma Collins has been named rudest celebrity in the UK by an etiquette expert.

William Hanson, inset, who has mixed with royalty and A-listers, said the 44-year-old is "the celebrity whose bad manners shocked him the most".

It follows his encounter with the star when he was invited as a guest on her BBC podcast show. William, who runs the Help I Sexted My Boss podcast with Jordan North, said: "Gemma Collins was terrible.
