CRAZY GUESTS LEFT HOST CHRIS SICK WITH NERVES

IT’S 30 years since feel-good show TFI Friday captured the UK’s hard-partying Cool Britannia mood.

And the folk who made it say Chris was often sick with nerves before the show.

He says: “It was a probe intense thing, as you would build up to that hour and for Chris, he wanted to get it right.

“The other day he said making TFI Friday was ‘six days and 23 hours of preparation’ for this one thing. He did not like it.”

Chris got to interview the biggest names of the day, like Oasis and Blur, as well as legends such as David Bowie, Tom Jones, Cher, and Elton John.
