A TRIP to Disneyland Paris made a size-20 mum shed the pounds after she couldn't fit on rides.

Poppie Chapman, 32, decided enough was enough after the holiday with her daughter's dance class.

She said: "I struggled to walk around the park and didn't feel comfortable on the rides, because the safety bar dug into my stomach.
