Latest storm leaves a trail of pure chaos

STORM Chandra caused total havoc as it swept in with fierce winds and torrential downpours yesterday.

It caused widespread travel chaos and flooding, with multiple weather warnings in place for 80mph gusts.

Forecasters predicted up to three inches of rain in parts of the South West, while snow warnings were in place for the Pennines and south-west Scotland.
