UK on high alert as winds up to 100mph could blow pets into sea
DOG owners have been urged to tie up their pooches to stop them being washed away or blown into the air by 100mph winds.
The Met Office warned powerful waves could sweep our four-legged friends out to sea during Storm Eowyn today if they are not kept on leads.
