Battle for France migrant deal

THE Prime Minister is reportedly fighting to save a one-in, one-out migrant returns deal with France.

Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron - who begins a state visit to the UK today - have been working on the agreement. It would see France taking back migrants who have illegally crossed the Channel in return
