Ben Stokes strolled through Perth Airport to start final preparations for the series Down Under and was immediately labelled 'Cocky Captain Complainer' by The West Australian newspaper.

Aussie cricket fans, who like nothing more than sledging an England captain, are ready to offer Stokes and coach Brendon McCullum a hostile reception over the five-Test series that starts at Perth's Optus Stadium on November 21.
