TEEN darts sensation Luke Littler was crowned sport's brightest new star last night despite missing out on the world title.

The 16-year-old arrows ace was beaten by world No1 Luke Humphries in an Ally Pally thriller.

But that did not stop the teenager being crowned darts' biggest star.

He pocketed £200,000 as runner-up and is set to sign a string of bank-busting sponsorship deals.
