'Penalty for being at work'
THOUSANDS of NHS staff have been handed parking fines while at work, new figures show.
Data from just 17 trusts reveal more than 25,000 were issued to hospital workers during 2024.
The Royal College of Nursing said that staff are “regularly being fined for being at work”.
