FRED Sirieix is ready to rip into his rivals on I'm A Celebrity.

The First Dates star, 51, has been told to stand up for himself by foulmouthed chef Gordon Ramsay.

The pair are pals, and appeared with Italian cook Gino D'Acampo in ITV food show Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip. Now fiery Scot Gordon has given his French pal some advice.
