The ante-post book on this extended two-and-a-half-mile Grade One event is all over the place at the moment with the likelihood of at least six of the top nine in the betting set to run elsewhere.

Heart Wood’s trainer Henry de Bromhead believes three miles will be the seven-yearold’s trip and for much of the Savills Chase, he looked to be spot on in his thinking.
