Travel test

WHAT: HotelPlanner's new Al travel agents WHERE: HotelPlanner.ai EXPERIENCE: I called Cassandra, one of the Al agents taking calls for Hotel Planner.

I chucked a few requirements at it and a place was found quickly. Cassandra even obliged when I asked for a description of the rooms, and then apologised when I cut it off with a criticism.

"I'm sorry. Let me come up with something more meaningful."

There's something novel about a robot apologising to you. It was as quick on the contrition as it was suggesting hotels in Tupelo, Mississippi, I might want to stay in.
