Dream day for the Fleetwoods after Frankie inspires his old man to win

TOMMY FLEETWOOD made his son Frankie's dream come true as he claimed an emotional two-shot victory in the DP World India Championship.

Just last week, Frankie told his dad he wanted to celebrate a victory together on the 18th green for the first time.

And Fleetwood used that wish as motivation in Dehli as he held off Japan's Keita Nakajima thanks to a stunning closing seven-under-par 65 that took him to 22 under for the week.

The Englishman said: “We were at home last week and we were driving the buggy. We were playing golf together and he just said randomly, ‘Do you know what you've never done?’”
