Sandie told to appeal trans case judge 'bias'

SANDIE Peggie has been told she could successfully appeal against the tribunal ruling - after the judge was accused of using “biased” language in the judgment.

The nurse enjoyed a partial victory as NHS Fife was found to have harassed her through its handling of her complaint, as well as not banning a biological man from the female changing rooms when she raised concerns.

But the majority of her complaints were dismissed, including ones against Dr Beth Upton and her being discriminated against due to her gender-critical beliefs.
