Fiona McQueen claimed bereaved families affected by the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital scandal could be given £50,000 to finance a trip to the famous resort.
McQueen was criticised by relatives of people who died at the Glasgow hospital, with her alleged comments described as "shameful" at Holyrood.
She previously said she did "not recall" making the comment.
